The Bvlgari Resort & Mansions at Cave Cay will comprise 64 suites and seafront villas, as well as 48 Bvlgari-branded private mansions and estates offered for sale. Cave Cay, a 220-acre private island located in the Exumas, is home to numerous white-sand beaches, caves (as its name suggests) and hills with views of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.

The Chedi hotel brand will open a mountain resort in Saudi Arabia’s Neom
The Chedi Trojena is an upcoming first-of-its-kind hotel in the Slope Residences at the Trojena mountain resort in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a hotel in this future-focused hospitality ecosystem, The Chedi Trojena will offer guests a range of experiences inspired by TROJENA’s six distinctive districts: Gateway, Discover, Valley, Explore, Relax, and Fun. Located in the Relax district, the hotel will offer culinary, sports, health and wellness, and restorative and meditative activities, all with stunning views of the Lake of Trojena. The hotel’s design blends the region’s rich history with futuristic architecture, creating a luxurious sanctuary for guests. The $500 billion giga Trojena resort, which includes 30km of ski slopes and over 100 indoor and outdoor experiences, is set to welcome its first guests in 2026.

Announced to open in the Future
Surrounded by the world’s fourth-largest barrier reef system and the scenic Hijazi mountains, Rosewood Amaala will bring an ultra-luxury regenerative escape to The Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia.
The resort will be part of the Red Sea Global’s Amaala destination, an integrated wellness haven spanning 4,155km2 and set in the Prince Mohammad bin Salman Nature Reserve.

Sitting in close proximity to the City Center and high-end shopping and dining outlets, as well as multiple transportation hubs including an impressive subway interchange station on site, Rosewood Chongqing will be housed in a new build, mixed-use development and serve as an ideal gateway to the destination’s myriad business, leisure and cultural offerings. The hotel will occupy the most significant of the project’s four towers, which spans 470 meters and 103 floors and is the tallest building in the city and the twelfth tallest building in the world. Together the towers will also feature deluxe offices, apartments, residences, retail shops and public green spaces to present not only an entirely new lifestyle experience, but a completely revitalized city skyline.
Upon completion, the hotel will offer 183 refined accommodations, including 25 spacious suites. Apart from four dining outlets – a bistro, a living room, a Chinese restaurant and a specialty bar, the hotel will also feature Sense, A Rosewood Spa® with multiple treatment rooms, a fitness center and an indoor swimming pool to create a serene urban sanctuary in the bustling city center. Located along Saudi Arabia’s west coast on the Shura Island, the new Rosewood hotel and residences will be part of The Red Sea destination. Poised to be one of Saudi Arabia’s top cultural and lifestyle hubs, the development is comprised of a stunning marina offering a yacht club, commercial retail and dining options, as well as an 18-hole championship golf course.
The development will boast 149 guest rooms and suites, alongside elevated dining offerings including three restaurants, two lounges, a signature Manor Club and a central hub featuring authentic eateries. Additional recreational spaces will include event pavilions and Asaya, Rosewood’s integrative well-being concept consisting of seven treatment rooms, a gym, two movement studios and a yoga pavilion.

A rare opportunity has begun. The Hearst Building, once the heart of the Hearst newspaper empire, will be reimagined into the most stylish address in the city: The Hearst Hotel, Auberge Resorts Collection. Opening in 2025, the hotel will define a new standard of West Coast style, luxury and vibrancy in the City by the Bay.
