Located north of Cabo San Lucas is the “Magical Village” (Pueblo Mágico) of Todos Santos. A sleepy little artists community, located in one of the few lush valleys in Baja. It makes a lovely place to spend the day shopping and eating, or a night or two before heading on to a few other quaint inns around the area. Currently a rather under developed gem in the Cabo region, that will most likely be changing over the next 5 to 10 years, so it might be better to journey there sooner rather than later.
An hour (or two) drive North of Cabo San Lucas, or a 1.5 hour drive from the main airport. Renting a car (4×4 recommended) makes for an easy drive, or one of the many car services can get you there as well. But your own mode of transport is recommended.
Punta Lobos south of Todos Santos
This is where a hotel can be the actual destination. Located on a long sandy, isolated beach (for now at least). This wonderful little hotel has popped up. Part of the Bunkhouse Group, they offer true Austin charm (and a bit of sassy). The hotel fits perfectly into the locale, and brings a great little escape from Los Cabos and the outside world. Just a really pretty and easy place to stay for a few days.
Just south of Todos Santos
Paradero Todos Santos, a 35-suite hotel, is spread across five acres of land in an agricultural area comprising 160 acres of family-owned farms.
Thanks to its proximity to the Tropic of Cancer, the immediate landscape here has five distinct ecosystems — the desert with 200-year-old Cardon Cacti, the Sierra de la Laguna mountain range, miles of virgin beaches along the Pacific coast and a far-reaching landscape with 5,000 palm trees and farmland. Because of this diversity, UNESCO has designated Todos Santos as a Biosphere Reserve — one of only two such sites in Baja.
Calle Legaspi 33, Centro
Hands down, the cutes place in town to spend the night. With only 8-rooms it can be difficult to get a booking, but worht the effort. The bar is one of the best in Baja, and the restaurant makes a good alternative to local dining. My first choice to spend the night in Todos Santos.
Calle Legaspi esquina Topete S/N, Centro
A cute little hotel, right across the street from The Todos Santos Inn. With a roof top pool and restaurant, another great option for a night or two in Todos Santos. Another great benefit with stying here, you get Free access to El Faro Beach Club, which has beachside pool, restaurant and spa.

There are a host of good little cantinas in the main shopping area, and the Baja-style fish tacos here are the best. You will not go hungry Todos Santos.

Great locally produced cuisine. Good for lunch or dinner.

A very good Italian option if that is what you are looking for.

For a fancy evening with a spectacular Ocean view. Great Seafood.
Calle Legaspi 33, Centro
Great bar to hang out and a great mixologist crew there. Not to be missed.
Down the coast about 15 minutes from Todos Santos
The surf beach and community. Rather easy to find and a bit on the Bohemian side of life.
Punta Lobos south of Todos Santos
The Beach Club of the Guaycura Boutique Hotel. For a fun filled day at the beach. They have a restaurant and pool bar. A Spa for those needing a bit of attention. A heated pool right on the beach and a seemingly endless sandy beach.
the 4 blocks north and around Hotel California
Many small shops and galleries of local artists make a few hours of wandering the narrow and well maintained streets. Several artists have their homes in the shops and sell directly to those coming in. A few shops have local anitques as well.
