These are all sovereign nations except Martinique, a department of France.

Capital Bridgetown, is east of the archipelago and not part of the Windward Islands proper.
DOMINICA
Has its capital at Roseau.
MARTINIQUE
A French department with its capital at Fort-de-France.
have their capital at Kingstown.
GRENADA
Has its capital at St Georges.
TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO
Capital Port-of-Spain, is southeast of the archipelago, and not part of the Windward Islands proper.
While we are on the subject, though not part of the Lesser Antilles, The Leeward Antilles (also known as the ABC Islands) are in the southern Caribbean, off the coast of Venezuela. All three islands are associated with the Netherlands, as part of the defunct entity The Netherlands Antilles.
ARUBA and CURAÇAO
Are constituent countries with high autonomy.
BONAIRE
An integrated municipality of the Netherlands.
