A fully vaccinated traveler that presents a RT-PCR or approved rapid antigen SARS CoV-2 negative test result taken no later than 48 hours before arrival, and is unable to present the results to enter the Territory within 48 hours for reasons such as delays and overnight layovers, shall be required to undertake and a rapid antigen SARS CoV-2 test on the day of arrival.

Flying commercial can be a bit tricky, and most flights will be light aricraft due to the short runways of the 3 airports on the BVI. Most flights will come in from San Juan Puerto Rico, or St Martin.
