

In 2021 Chicago O’Hare International Airport was the fourth busiest airport in the world based on passenger numbers, beating both Los Angeles International (LAX) and New York’s JFK Airport.






Serving United Airlines, Lufthansa and All Nippon Airways flights. Terminal 1 has 52 gates on two concourses, lettered B–C.

Serving Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines and Southwest Airlines flights, as well as all international airlines that do not depart from Terminals 1–3.
Terminal 5 is also used for non-pre–cleared international arrivals, as it currently contains the airport’s U.S. Customs and Border Protection facilities. It has 35 non-sequential gates on a single concourse with the highest number being 40, lettered M.
Terminal 5 does not have an Airside connection and all passengers changing to Terminals 1, 2 or 3 will require an additional TSA Security screening.

• Near Gate M13
SAS LOUNGE
• Serving most Star Alliance members and a few other airlines.
• Near Gate M19
LOT BUSINESS LOUNGE
• LOT and Star Alliance business class travelers
• Near Gate M18

SWISSPORT LOUNGE
• Air India, Alitalia, Royal Jordanian, Etihad Airways, Turkish Airlines, Emirates, Finnair, Priority Pass customers
• Airside – after Security, turn right and the lounge is located next to Gate M13.
